*You can decide to use water, inventory or yomeishu to have some gravy to go with the rice later. Personally, I choose to use Yomeishu since it offers the chicken mid-joint additional flavours and awesome aroma. It is also much less of an inconvenience than to organize the inventory. ? Paralysis
